I have never left a review, take it for what its worth. Hit a deer with my truck sept 2024, Midas Installed my steering rack wrong, used the wrong bolts, upper control arm wore out in less than a year due to the steering rack install. Paid for an alignment, went to drive my truck off the lot and the steering wheel was cocked left and vibrated horribly. Went back in and asked was told they for sure did the alignment. Ordered tires which were mounted. My cup holder had lug nuts in them as they did not install all of them. 6 months later they called and said that my tires were in and I need to come pay for them. After my upper control arm went I took the truck elsewhere.

They gave me an estimate and the price was inflated. They recommended an oil change instead of replacing the broken wheel bearing that we were there to get looked at. I have 2 stars because Ken was polite even though he was trying to sell me services that were not the emergency Shop around for an estimate these guys suck

I was an out of state traveler who had a significant breakdown. I went to the store and found it to be neat and clean, and the staff to be very professional. They understood my predicament and we’re very quick to repair my vehicle at a great price for the work they had to do. they went the extra mile to get the right parts and they even stay late to get my car done on time so I could continue my travels. I visited for a power steering fluid change, and during the inspection, the team expertly identified that my lower ball joints were severely damaged. They were able to fix them on the same day. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I waited 1 hour and half before they even got it in for an oil change, and then it took another 50 minutes for them to do the oil change and tire rotation. I’m not coming back, which makes me sad because I had good experiences prior to this but I guess only they can take forever when it comes to appointments. My appointment was @12:30 pm (I arrived 5 minutes beforehand) and didn’t leave in my car until after 3pm.
