Another smooth and steady visit for some new tires. Every time I go to Midas of East Windsor NJ Kenneth takes care of all my automotive needs. I thought it was cause we had the same name yet he and the full Midas teams cares about the quality of their work a the safety of their clients. Again I have found my garage!

Disappointing experience with Midas's warranty policy on South Broad Street. I feel compelled to share. It's unfortunate that their warranty service is limited to the location where you originally purchased it. This restriction was not made clear to me at the time of purchase, and it feels misleading. Do Not; Do Not; purchase any extended warranty service from them! I want to warn others to be cautious when considering any warranty or service agreement with Midas. Based on my experience, the information provided at the point of sale was not accurate, leading. Transparency and consistency are key to customer trust and they lost me! My son and I purchased a wheel alignment warrantee was told we could use it at any Midas now we can not! What a waste of hard-earned money! Do NOT believe what

Bob was great! I went in for an oil change but I did expect other work needed to be done as well. He explained what needed to be done and let me know what should be prioritized but I never felt pressured to do anything. He was very friendly and just made the whole experience more comfortable. I didn’t really engage with him, but I observed how Mike interacted with other customers and was very pleased. I’ll definitely return here for my future car needs.

I would highly recommend this place!! Pierre and the crew at this Midas location were extremely helpful during all my service interactions. I brought my car in to a check engine light and major engine troubles. After making the repairs and realizing that they weren’t going to fix the underlying issue, they recommended I take it to the dealer to see if they would cover an engine replacement under an extended warranty campaign. At first the dealer wouldn’t do anything for me. I called Pierre and he told me to bring it back in. He could get me an engine if needed but wants to try one more thing to get the car up and running again. He did this at no charge.
