I cannot say enough good things about the Midas crew in Harrisonburg. My fiancé and I were driving through Harrisonburg on our way to Charlottesville for our wedding in November when we suddenly heard a horrific metal-on-metal grinding noise coming from my car. With wedding-day stress already high, we were understandably panicked. It was late at night, pouring rain, we couldn't figure out what was going on until the morning, so we stayed the night in Harrisonburg and decided to take the car to Midas in the morning. They immediately took a look at the car. It turned out that my brake shield was bent. They identified and fixed the issue within less than 30 minutes, and did the repair completely free of charge. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They were able to get us in and out in a very good timeframe. Overall extremely satisfied and will be back anytime. I run into car issues.

I have been doing business with John Whitmer and have always had a good experience. Just a month ago I purchased 4 Michelin tires for the Honda here. Today I needed to get an inspection on my Mercedes Sprinter Van. I always do a pre inspection on my vehicles before taking them in to make sure everything is working, lights, brakes are good, ball joints and tie rod ends are tight. So when the mechanic informed John and me I had a lower right tail light out that raised some real concern. I explained that on Mercedes if the Fog Lights are activated in the front there is only one additional light in the rear that illuminates on the drivers side and the passenger side light doesn’t illuminate. These guys are honest and helpful. They helped me late in the afternoon when I was passing through Harrisonburg and had ABS issues. What good place to end up when I needed it!

The team (specifically Wayne and John) were incredibly gracious and kind when that’s a hard thing to find these days. 10/10 I would recommend this location to anyone
