I was very happy with the service. I was greeted right when I walked in and they fit me in even though they were already busy. The office staff and mechanics were all amazing. The mechanic even came and showed me what the problem was and found a solution that didn't break the bank. Great service all the way around. Great guys!!

Ever since Daniel left, this place has gone downhill. The new owner purposefully misdiagnoses issues - new sending unit when it was an a faulty oil filter they overtightened. They also overfilled my engine with oil at one point. Dismissed concerns saying things like “it’s good oil, clean oil” and refuse to double check / own their work. 70 bucks at a dealership potentially saved me thousands that these incompetent, third-rate mechanics would’ve costed me. I probably would’ve needed a new car.

Brought my car in to have my brakes inspected due to the scrapping noise they were making after having them replaced by another company. The team at Midas not only fit me in last minute to have the brakes inspected but were able to immediately diagnose the problem and fix it at no charge. Super grateful for Melvin and his team!

My experience at Midas today was fantastic. Upon walking in all employees exhibited exceptional customer service & within 10 minutes was pulling my car in for service. They had a coupon for $49.99 for a full synthetic oil change and fixed my rear view mirror that had fallen off my windshield for free. I give them a 10/10 & would recommend them for all of your car care needs.

On 12/10/25 I had brought my Suburban in to have brakes done. On the inspection, I was told I needed front and rear brakes, all 4 rotors and a rear caliper on the passenger side. Everything was fine for almost a month. I wound up breaking down on January 6, 2026, and had to have it towed to my local shop near my home. When the owner found out what was wrong, he contacted me and told me the caliper had broken off the axle and lodged into the wheel, tearing it apart along with the tire. Damaged totalled $580 plus the $105 for the tow. I had to pay this on top of the $2000 I was charged for the original job. I contacted Midas to speak with the manager. The second time I called, I was told I was speaking with him. I explained the situation in hopes I would be reimbursed the amount for the dama
