Jessica, my advisor, was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. It was very easy to work with her and get my vehicle information in a clear and concise way. My technician, Steve, was quick as can be, despite their unusual short-staff day, he got me in and out. Thanks Midas team!

I made an appointment on Saturday afternoon with a flat tire. I sprayed it and saw the bubbles coming out and told them exactly where it was. After an hour on the lift I asked if they had any update. The tech came out and said he couldn’t find a leak anywhere but he noticed the valve was leaking. He told me he’d replace it for me and charged me $42 (this is a $5-12 part). Low and behold the next day my tire was flat again! Instead of calling them back I went to Mavis discount tires right before the storm. They found my leak, patched it and had me out of there in 40 minutes. They also charged me $32 for the patch and labor.. $10 cheaper than the valve. I’m shocked at how horrible Midas was. I truly think they just ignored my car, never looked at the tire and then made up an excuse

I had a great experience here and felt completely taken care of. They were very transparent about what my car actually needed, rather than trying to push extra services. Steve did a great job on the repair, and Jessica made the checkout process seamless and honest. The final price was very reasonable and exactly what was quoted—no surprise charges at all. I especially appreciated that they even took care of the small, necessary things they found along the way without charging me extra for them. Big thanks to the team for being so professional, fair, and thorough!

Very good service but my passenger window isn’t working, perhaps a fuse problem. I will stop by in Friday, it’s the only day I have any time available. Thanks, a day or two later the window began to work. Perhaps it just took time to reboot. Everything is fine, again a great job and didn’t cost me anything. Chris even replaced my battery cables.
