STAY AWAY from this shop!!! Very unprofessional, took my car in for just a simple oil change and the mechanic spilt oil all over my engine making a huge mess without even considering cleaning it up, drove back in to complain after noticing a puddle of oil on my garage floor and they offered me a free oil change for the mistake. (I should have never went back) Now after getting the second oil change and looking over their horrible work I see they didn’t even care to put on an oil drain plug crush washer (basic 101 of oil changing) this place is a joke!! Highly recommend taking your car somewhere else. Save yourself the headache

Great job by Ponce for pointing out a critical problem....I was in here for a tire rotation and replaced my lug studs on my 2015 jeep Cherokee when I also found out my rear brake pads and rotors were extremely worn..I told them to go ahead and replace them...id rather go ahead and pay extra for the sake of safety purposes....had he not pointed it out it would've been twice as expensive in the long run,so thank you much!!!! Much appreciated!!

The store customer service is the Top tier best I’ve ever experienced. If something is wrong with my Car Midas in Hendersonville will be the first place I take my car. I appreciate them so much. I didn’t feel like they were getting over on me because I’m a young female. They’re really honest and take what they do really seriously. I thank you guys so very much !!!!
