I normally get my oil changes here... When Tim worked here this place ran a bit smoother... now not so much... 1st off I scheduled online and listed I wanted the $29.99 synthetic blend oil change NOT the full synthetic... but he did the full synthetic and then tried to charge me the full price when I utilized a online discount code (built into the online process) I asked for the complete courtesy check... for my water pump and my front brakes... I did not get any information printed or texted to me about those questions... just felt rushed and not heard. The prices for their services are decent but their customer service has fallen off since Tim left... I want to get a new water pump (because of a possible leak) and new front brakes... been a return customer and now I might need to find

I had an emergency situation and was unfamiliar with the service centers in That area. I have used Midas in the past where I live. They were efficient, kept me updated throughout out the day and repaired my car the same day. Although it was a costly unexpected expense, they got me back on the road and I was grateful. I would use them again and recommend their services.

The battery had died in our daughter’s Subaru. While getting a jump, I called Midas. Nick told me he could get me a new battery right away. I went directly to the shop and it was installed in half an hour. The service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Especially with a foot of snow on the way, we are grateful to Nick and the team!

Update: Prior to receiving a response from the owner, I had the opportunity to share my concerns with Steve, the regional manager. He was very empathetic and professional and assured me that a meeting will take place to address the issue. He also committed to working with me toward a resolution on Midas’s end. I sincerely appreciate the time and attention he gave to this matter. I brought my 2006 Honda Accord to this Midas location only to have a headlight changed. The manager, Nick, told me the cost would be $34 and it would take about 20 minutes. He said an inspection was required. I specifically told him to only check my oil level because my car had a small oil leak and I wanted to make sure it didn’t need to be topped off. Very friendly staff, very professional, helped me understand what they were doing and did not charge me for diagnostics. They also did make sure not to rip me off, they did not offer to do stuff my car didn’t need. Will recommend 10/10 times. The only right choice!!!
