Great customer service, didn’t push the sale. Took the time to research for what I wanted. Arranged for drop off and pickup from workplace while working on vehicle. Great pricing with great lifetime guarantee for the tires. Service was done really quick.

The service at Midas in Hilo is the BEST I’ve experienced anywhere. First, Sean & Lori at reception treat you like ohana. The waiting room may be small but it has comfortable chairs with a convenient bathroom, coffee maker & tv. I often eat my lunch there while my car is being serviced. Finally, I feel like Midas has integrity for two reasons: 1.) On several occasions, I’ve heard Sean tell customers that they don’t need this done or that done and why, and 2.) Another automotive service quoted me a high price to fix my AC; however, Midas was able to repair it a fraction of the cost. Today, I took my car to Midas for inspection and was sent photographs of two issues that soon need attention. Lori then explained these two problems in detail. The folks at Midas are always so kind. I've had nothing but great experiences each time I visit. Convenient location to walk around town while waiting for my oil to be changed. Price is great bc of the thorough inspection & tire rotation they do on the vehicle included in the price of the oil change.

Came in for air in my tires and the lady was super helpful and the men that put the air were great!! Best customer service and it was free! Thank goodness! They don't have full service gas stations anymore! Lucky they were here to help me! Thank you !!!

Front desk person was great- she was helpful and courteous. A mechanic, however rolled his eyes when I told him I was about to be late for an appointment because my oil change was taking over 2 hours. I made an appointment, paid before the work was done and was patient for 2 hours. After that, I said something and got treated rudely.
