Amazing service! Incredibly friendly! Cody (manager) was very helpful in talking me through what was needed and what could wait. I really trusted his advice. Harold (asst manager) was great! He was easy to work with and he wanted to make sure I had a great experience! He even stayed a couple minutes when I couldn’t get there and was so understanding! I will definitely be returning! They did a work-up for an engine check on my 2009 Corolla this morning and the whole process was very seamless. I was feeling pretty anxious this morning when a check engine light briefly flashed on my dash yesterday night after shops were closed. So I called in and I talked to Harold on the phone who was cheerful and communicated well to me about hypothetical wait times and time frames for repairs based on my description of diagnostics and my concerns. After I arrived their Service manager Cody efficiently took down all relevant info and got the details to the tech who worked on my ol’ car. Very honest and hardworking mechanics who treated me better than any other autoshop I’ve ever been to in the greater Minneapolis area. They helped me with my Acura on short notice and were courteous and professional all throughout. As someone who generally chose smaller shops over big ones, I can say that Midas deserves customer loyalty.
