Midas

Have to give a shout out to the guys at Midas. Now, their prices are slightly higher than some of the local garages, but these guys do excellent work and they do it quickly. Can usually get you in right away. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Honest and trustworthy. Good group of guys. I used Midas in Flagstaff many times and never had a bad experience. Five stars!

I stopped by Midas this morning because my heat shield had partially fallen off. They were able to get it reattached right away, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The whole service took less than 10 minutes, and when I went to pay, they surprised me by saying it was on the house. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out. Huge shoutout to the Midas service team highly recommend!

I went to get a diagnosis but decided to let someone else do the repairs for me BUT the customer service was great! They took me back to work when I dropped my car off and did not even charge me for diagnosing it!

Brad and his team (Zack) are fantastic! I was caught in a strange predicament Friday afternoon. I live 80 miles away and was essentially stranded in Hot Springs until I spoke with Midas. Brad patiently listened to me and even though they had a lot of work already scheduled for Saturday his team got me back on the road that afternoon when no one else would even take my call. These guys are salt of the earth men. If I could rate higher I would. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs.

Came in today without an appointment, they worked us right in after Ford turned us away stating it would be Monday before they could get our truck back to us. Midas had our problem solved in 15 minutes! A rock behind the heat shield in the front tire was causing all the scrubbing we heard, THANK YOU for your time, attention, and service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
