I thought it was odd when my wife said “appointment” for an oil change. With so many quick lube joints everywhere that take only 10 minutes to do an oil change. But I’d expect a faster in and out time due to them knowing that I was coming. But it’s now been two hours, I’m still here, and it cost me 30% more than I would pay at a quick lube. ***UPDATED*** After I left the one star rating, I had to change it to 5 star. The employee behind the desk apologized and gave me a huge discount that was equal to what I would have paid at a quick lube. Without me complaining or saying a word to him!!! I simply sat quietly. Cudos on taking initiative! I understand your mechanics are licensed and certified and get paid more than someone who is trained in only oil changes. It’s like going to a steakh

CJ is the kindest individual! He cares about helping his customers. When I bought my car I had them inspect it first and they thoroughly went through it with me. Then when I was traveling they made sure I had my tires aired up and looked over it to make sure I was safe. I’ve taken my care there multiple times since. Always been attentive and Austin is also very kind. Great staff!!

PJ and his staff was so polite and friendly, I came in cause my engine light was on and unfortunately it was not a cheap fix, but PJ made things so much easier on me. PJ and his mechanic explained everything to me where I understood. At least drove out of there feeling great even though I had to spend that money. So I want to PJ and the Midas crew a great big THANK YOU!!!!

This place used to value customers and care about their work and that has gone downhill. I had an appointment for a simple oil change scheduled for 10:00 AM. Arrived early like I always do. No one went out to get the mileage on the car and pull it in until 10:30 AM but I could see staff in the garage just on their phones. No communication whatsoever about what the delay was. At 11:27 AM I asked what was going on. Only then did they tell me that had to order a new oil washer. It was at this time they called over to the location that delivers parts for an update. The comment was that the needed an update because their customer had things to do. Really? That’s so rude. This is my first time here the customer service is great and Mr.CJ was so nice and friendly he explain everything they was going do oil change and plus my tires to ,if anyone need to get there car check or ser ice come here great place and great service Thank u For your service
