Came here for all my vehicle repairs but they seem to keep raking me over the coals! I’ve brought my car in numerous times for repairs and everything I do, even when I pay for the diagnostic before hand, the problem is never fixed. Unfortunately their “repairs” always seem to being on other issues. I’m not sure where a good mechanic is to go to, but this is not it! The staff is very friendly but sitting there for six plus hours for the issue and to not be resolved and in fact cause more issues it pretty ridiculous. I’m sorry but please save yourself time, money, and a headache and go somewhere that is trusted by the Better Business Bureau!!!😢😢😑😡

I refuse to go back. I took my car in for a wheel alignment. It drove worse after it was done. Took it back they said my tie rods were bad. They said I never should have had a wheel alignment done due to the tie rods being bad. Jamie said I’d be reimbursed for the wheel alignment that never should have gotten done. She said manager was gone til December 30th. The guy that did the alignment got fired. My husband changed the tie rods. We had to take it back to have it realigned. Was told by different manager he’d have to call corporate and see if I can get my money back from the alignment that NEVER should have gotten done. I called on January 7th cause nobody called me to tell me if I get the money back. Was told Jamie is no longer there,the person that said I’d be reimbursed. Hmmm!! Seems

The level of incompetence at this place is amazing. I call to setup service they are able to look me up based on my number I called in on. The day of service their alignment machine is down and the front desk guy said I called you and rattles off some other number. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE CRAP what a bunch of time wasters. Half the time everyone is just standing around doing nothing. When I said that's not my number the new guy and the manager looked so bewildered I for sure won't ever be back to this crap hole

I was very pleased with the courteous service at Midas Jackson, Mi location. Justin explained everything they found that needed repaired, and suggested additional work that should be addressed. I went for the total package to be comfortable,safe on the road. I was given a day it would be ready, and they didn't disappoint. Was impressed with the lifetime warranty nation wide provided. I would highly recommend this company, at a reasonable price. Thank you! I would highly
