First time here at Beach Blvd and will be my last. I came to the location because of the 50% off any oil change. The Oil change is advertised at $79.99 and I still paid $79.99 what kind of special is this? So I asked the assistant manager why it said it had half off but still charged me the regular price? They did have to put one more quart in but even then no special and he really couldn’t explain it besides stating all the extra fees . He then went on to say they rotated tires and did a full point inspection however he said something’s wrong and he can’t print it , yeah ok buddy . After continually arguing with me instead of trying to make it right I said just give me my receipt . He still continued to argue. That’s what he does best besides spilling his whole life story out to you about

I recently had all four of my tires replaced here and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the team was extremely honest, professional, and courteous. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable with the options, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The service was efficient, the pricing was fair, and the overall experience was truly worth mentioning. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely cares about their customers. Came in for a standard oil change and the Midas team found an issue that I was unaware of. Brock provided excellent customer service and was able to help get my warranty to cover the additional expenses for the issue. 10/10 would recommend and I will be coming here for any future work/maintenance on all of my vehicles!
