Great customer service! The team went above and beyond to ensure my repairs were completed in a timely manner, and even returned my vehicle to me when I could not leave work to pick it up. I will never forget this. I highly recommend this store for all your car repairs.

They were very friendly, welcoming and provided a thorough inspection & estimate, which is really needed, at no cost! Prices for thenoil change and transmission service I brought it in for was also priced well. They certainly over-delivered for what i e ded up paying for, which is a great feeling. I'll definitely be back soon.

Very excellent service and attention! Every person from the beginning to end of visit was superior with knowledge, skill and expertise as needed. I made an appointment and went in for an oil change, after I found they had excellent deals and coupons on their website. The folks at Midas were courteous, helpful, and especially kind. They are generous with their abilities to show me what needs my car had, plus an excellent job giving precise explanation and service. I had a hiccup with my car as I left, which was unrelated to their service, and they promptly helped me with it to get me back on the road. I was super pleased, and cannot express my gratitude enough. Thanks to Jacob, Robert and Jonathon! 😄

Got my oil change at this location on 1/2/2026. I think my appointment was mistakenly accepted at a time in which employees were to go to lunch. There was a very long wait for just an oil change but I understand that technology can be that way. Mr. Todd, at the front desk, is such a pleasant & helpful individual. He greets you as you enter the establishment and is ready to help. Like In said, it ended up being a longer wait than I'm used to fit my oil changes but Mr. Todd kept me updated abs even apologized that the wait was longer than he had quoted. I actually had gone to a Midas that was at a different location but found that this location was closer to where I live. Because of Mr. Todd's professionalism, I will definitely return here for my next oil change. I'll just make sure not

I live in Murrieta so initially I called the closest location in Temecula. Someone named Bo answered the phone and I inquired if they had time for an oil change. He indicated that they wouldn’t have any appointments available until the week of November 3, next week. He then told me if I would be willing to drop my car off and leave it there for about five hours. They would try to find time to squeeze it in. I told him I would be perfectly fine reading in their waiting area and just read 🤷‍♀️He told me he has limited space in his waiting area and that wouldn’t work. 🤦‍♀️ I then politely declined and said thank you very much I will go elsewhere, thanks.
