They were able to take me in immediately when my car wouldn’t start and diagnose the problem. The waiting room is also very clean and they have great customer service.

They have good customer service and quickly replaced my flat tire. They even went to another location to pick up a tire for me that they didn’t have in stock. I feel very lucky that I was nearby when I got a flat, and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs tires!

I've been taking my F150 and my sons vehicles to Midas since 2013. The manager John ( can't remember his last name) always there and worked or made sure my service was done properly. That's the only Midas I ever took my 2017 truck to for oil change/tire rotation and inspection. If anything was wrong John woukd tell me immediately. Since John left a couple yrs ago the service went down hill. Last oil change in Nov '25 is when they told me my wheel lock was worn and couldn't rotate my tires, I did not know that my wheel lock was actually stripped due to someone using a air gun instead of manually loosing the lock and lugs till my husband, as well as my brother in law who has been working on cats for 45 yrs and the auto guy at the parts store where I had to buy new key/lug locks. Juan was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I did not feel like I was being gauged like other auto shops I've been to. I always have pleasant things to say about my experience at Midas. I finally found an Auto shop that I can trust near my home. The team is always helpful to all of my questions, they are kind and always willing to help you the best way they can, I receive coupons in the mail to help with service costs, I’m a returning customer because I trust my Kia in their hands !
