A good place. The manager, Anthony, was excellent. He explained all the issues in detail and was friendly and welcoming. He offered additional services but wasn’t pushy. I ended up doing some of what he recommended. I can’t say whether it’s the best place in the area since there are many shops nearby, but it’s definitely a solid choice for an oil change and a full inspection. After the check-up, they sent me a detailed report — very helpful.

Luis and Anthony were very helpful throughout all our interactions with them. They were highly knowledgeable and competent, walking us through every detail of our vehicle’s problems with great professionalism. They made sure that we knew exactly what was going on with our vehicle and the choices we had for services. The price was reasonable given the extent of the services needed. We would recommend this establishment for anyone needing car work done.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank to the gentlemen (Ken and his team) working at this Midas location. The entire process from scheduling my appointment online to the completion of service was very easy, informative and professional. The work completed on my SUV was that of Brakes and I am very pleased with services provided. I also appreciated the multi-point inspection which came with a detailed listing and photos to support. I would most certainly recommend others to come to the 401 E. Anaheim St, location in Long Beach. I will most certainly return for additional servicing for my SUV.

Disgusting service and a creepy owner. Go to K.J. Lees instead. "I took my car to this Midas location hoping for a straightforward fix, but the experience turned into a nightmare. First, the mechanical work: they did not fix my car right. I had to bring it back because the issue wasn’t resolved, which was a huge inconvenience. However, the mechanical incompetence is the least of the concerns here. The owner or manager, I believe his name is Kevin, is absolutely horrible. Not only does he have a nasty attitude, but he also physically resembles Lord Farquaad from Shrek—which honestly fits the personality. Most disturbingly, he made inappropriate comments about my 13-year-old daughter, commenting on how 'pretty' she is. It was disgusting, unprofessional, and made us feel extremely unsafe.

Hands down the best place in Long Beach to get your car serviced! Came in for a routine full synthetic oil change and was happy to find it included a tire rotation and a full vehicle inspection. Kevin, Luis and Anthony are the best, top notch customer service, your car is in great hands here. I was in and out super fast without feeling pressured to pay for the extras but felt reassured my car was being fully cared and tended to. Will definitely be back.
