Longtime customer at this “hidden” great vehicle service great spot on the Lynnway in Lynn. I returned to them with my vehicle, after 8-year warranty ended on the car I bought new outright across the street at Kelly Honda, and almost all the same staff is still there, including longtime go-to contact Jorge—that tells you a lot of good stuff about a place people like to work and who do good work. Honda waited till Year 8 to hit me with 3 or 5 major maintenance repair recommendations they estimated at 4 Grand—-Midas figured a way to identify what REALLY needed to be done either immediately, or could wait a bit, and also important things that were missed filters- and exhaust fumes-wise that Honda didn’t—Midas additionally gave me an estimate half the cost, plus throwing in coupons and offeri

Dropped my car off for new brakes on a busy Saturday and Midas did an excellent job! People will complain about anything, of course it will take time and prices are up everywhere. But I don't have any complaints, everything was excellent!

I had my daughter go to the store on her own to teach her how to be a bit more independent. Well when she got her oil changed, she was told that she needs to get her wheel lug nuts changed. They quoted her $15 per lug nut. there is 20 lug nuts in a car. They are scamming people. Do not go to this place. DO NOT replace your lug nuts because its not necessary, they are out there scamming people who know nothing about cars.

Went for a sticker & they let me know i had a high beam out. Made an appointment to have it done. They do good work & will let you know up front pricing.👍👍

I brought a car in that I inherited from a deceased family member. The car had been parked for over a year so it was totally dead and I had to get it towed in. I explained why I was in Massachusetts and that I was only in town for Saturday and I planned on driving the car to Pennsylvania Sunday morning. The person I left my keys with in the morning assured me that they would inspect the car thoroughly and get it up and running after explaining all of that. Even the advertisement on the wall said they would check a list of things if you ask. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars and I had to take care of my deceased family member affairs on Saturday while Midas had the car so I didn't have time to fully inspect the car because they said they would do it.
