Midas

I am about six months late in reviewing here, but they were incredible to me. I had a trip upcoming with my foster son to Ohio and I needed a headlight replaced and another auto shop quoted me $300. I brought it to Midas and they were super helpful, took things apart to get the headlight in there and the expense was minimal. They worked diligently until they got it done and showed me everything along the way. I can’t say enough about how great they all are!

I had a great experience! My service was done a month ago or so. The new manager is Martha… She is a tremendous upgrade from the last manager. She has great customer service skills. Very kind, respectful, and does her job well. She makes you feel welcome. I had an antifreeze/ coolant leak. They showed me the problem, ordered the parts, and took care of the problem. I was told to come back if I have any issues. I waited a month because she said it would have to burp the bubbles and I may have to top my fluid. I had to fill my coolant two and a half times. I think it might be fine now. That is why I went ahead and filled this review out. If there are any changes I will let you all know. Jason was Hands down amazing he was fast and so sufficient answered all my questions so fast did such a good check on all my worries! from the beginning of walking in until the end super fast and reliable come see Jason for all your car needs!! Highly recommend this location and asking for Jason!!

Great service! We had to rush into this location on a move from GA to IL to get all new rotors and brake pads. Staff were all super friendly and helpful and willing to answer all our questions! Martha, the store manager, was incredibly kind and made a very stressful situation more manageable for us! The district manager, Nate, ended up putting the new parts on my car himself and definitely eased our minds when leaving to finish our long drive to IL. Highly recommend this location!

SUMMARY - Midas charged me $500 and returned my car in the exact same condition it was when I originally dropped it off! I never leave bad reviews but I am in this predicament because I often read reviews when deciding which company I’d like to use. Lesson learned. My car broke down in a parking lot. Surprisingly, I actually know a thing or two about cars. I knew right away that my starter had blown. I called multiple mechanics to get an estimate on how much a replacement would be. I should have fixed it myself but I was leaving the next day for the holidays. I called Midas because they were close to the location of my car.
