I'm beyond happy with my experience here. I've always gone to the dealership for my oil changes, but they no longer provide them for the entire lease, so I looked elsewhere. I found a good coupon deal for Midas, and they are about a mile from my house, so I thought I'd check them out. Made a next-day appointment online and they got me in right away. I knew I needed air filters but the dealership was going to charge about $80 each!! The tech pulled my air filters and they were pretty nasty, so I asked how much! More than HALF what the dealership is charging!!! I didn't have time to wait for them to be delivered, so Jacob (really nice guy working the counter) allowed me to pay for them and I can go back for installation tomorrow. The staff here is the real gem. They're all courteous, knowledgeable and transparent. They even go out of their way to apply discount coupon you may not be aware of. Very reassuring business motto.

Man we pulled in at maplewood Midas with some wierd sound on my brakes. Saturday at noon, leaving for arizona in the morning, I'm in a bit of a panic, they got me in did what needed to be done. If I could give 0 I would. My daughter in law came in after hitting a curb Feb 19 and was told she needed 2 thousand dollars of work done brought it for a 2nd opinion and the control arms they said needed replacement did not need replacement at all. Mind you she is 8.5 months pregnant and had 2 kids with her. You took advantage of her and I would tell anyone to beware going here or at least get a 2nd opinion before you spend money on something that isn't needed. Do better

Been going to Midas for my tire installation and alignment and it has been a wonderful experience. They also do inspection which is a nice part. Recommend going to Midas!
