Midas

Was at this midas 3 months ago with my 2005 Toyota rav 4 and they misdiagnosed my check engine light for an evap leak. They originally told us it was for a gas cap which we shelled out money to get from Toyota directly when theirs didn't work. Then they sold us exhaust clamps to try and fix it thinking it was an exaust leak. Then turns out our gas filler neck was rusted through and it was somehow missed. (pictures attached) They also said our breaks were fine and didn't need replacement however they never took the tires off during the inspection. My rear calipers were seased and I ended up needing breaks calipers and rotors today. We are no longer a customer here at this midas and will go elsewhere. I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for what I experienced today. I had a screw in my tire. They fixed it for free. I haven’t purchased tires there or had my car serviced there in years. No one does anything for free these days. They’ve definitely added a customer for the future. I know where I’m going when I need new tires.

Usually good. U have to make sure they actually fill it up all the way one time I went and I only got 2qts but price is very good. If your planning on waiting tho be prepared for an hr and a half. And she didn't go over price with me until it was all done. Which is weird because they have a sign in there that says we will draw you up an estimated price before doing any work on your vehicle.

This Midas location is the best! Courtney at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. They have always given top notch service at a reasonable price!

Not sure how to respond. Got an alignment then 3 weeks later I returned because my vehicle seems to float to the right. The mechanic called me back and said my tie rod needs replaced due to lack of threads. My only question was why wouldn't you tell me this when you tried to align just weeks earlier. My mechanic said he wants to talk to the alignment tech there. Looks as though maybe a wire brush would give me the threads needed to align.
