Midas

$116 for an oil/filter change on a 2021 Miata. Total time spent there 55 minutes, Thursday at 3pm. My car was the only one in the shop. In short, if you're going to change your oil, I recommend going to the quick change shops, it will save you time.

I always go to Midas,no matter what State I'm in, but this is my first review. I am a fan of the crew at the Matthews location and always leave satisfied. I met Marvin today and left even more satisfied. Long story short, I left my wallet at home, a 30 min. drive without heavy traffic. His service showed me that not every company and not every person is not out to brake your bank. Hope he stays in some capacity because he will help this location continue to grow!

I went to Midas on Independence Blvd in Mathews NC today for an oil change. Dakota was very friendly with excellent customer service. He and the tech had me in and out in no time at all. There was no scare tactics /hard selling and they were honest and did not make up repair work to be completed. I have been to this location before, always with excellent service and great prices. I will remain a loyal customer to them for years to come. If you want honest, diligent service at a fair price Midas is the place to go, and if you go to the Mathews location, tell them Barb sent ya! They won't remember who I am, but I will remember the great service I received from Dakota and the Tech on duty! Thanks guys!

I went to Midas late last week and was met with nothing less than exceeded expectations!!! I had come for something simple and the manager, Matt, came and explained to me that I had an issue with my vehicle that came up when running code, and Jack, the tech, Took it upon himself to fix the problem! They really care for you when you come in for something you thought was minor! Vehicle health is on the top of their list! And I commend them for it! When you go to Midas, ask for Matt and Jack, it’s hard to find reliable, quality service!
