Midas

I August of 2020 I purchased tires from Midas in Mechanicsburg. I do not drive a lot as I work from home. Recently I noticed my tires were wearing very quickly. I have put on 19,000 miles. The tires are to have a life span of at least 55,000 miles. I took my car to the Midas location for a warranty claim to be made on the tires. At that time, the manager told me that he refused to work on my car because they no longer carried my tires and that the car had a body kit on it. I made an appointment at Lexus and took the car there for a tire warranty inspection. During the inspection, the mechanic and Michelin discovered that Midas had installed the wrong tires on my car. Michelin very kindly offered to reimburse me a portion of the replacement costs and suggested I reach out to Midas

A car dealership recommended me to Ben at this midas shop for A bracket for my muffler. From the point i made my appointment to when I picked up my car, their service was so awesome. Friendly and professional. Not something you see often at car repair shops these days. And it turns out i didn’t even need any work done on my car, just a loose clip that they fixed! Honest guys who didn't charge me for unnecessary work. These guys now have my business for life.

Family was traveling from Indiana to NY. Ran into car trouble late Friday night. Stopped there early Sat morning. Ben greeted us offered coffee and was very kind. There was a winter storm coming in so he knew we really wanted to get back on the road. He made the necessary repairs very quickly and at a very fair price. Our total time was less than 2 hours before we were on the road. He even offered to discuss the car issues with my mechanic back home if I needed him to. Great guy. Great service.

I have been to Midas several times now and their customer service has been great!!! I've dealt with Josh, Ben and Rodger. All professional and ready to help. They're on time with my appointments and have went out of their way to meet my auto needs. The prices are reasonable and they get right to the job! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great experience working with Mike, Ben, Ariel and the others with a difficult vehicle. I have a background in automotive repair, and usually cringe at the thought of taking my vehicle to a shop for an inspection. However; the team at this Midas was very fair, honest, and transparent when it came to the repairs that were necessary to pass, and did not try and push for me to get any extra or unnecessary services. Will definitely return, and recommend.
