Run away. Find someone else. All I needed was the muffler. That's it!. The main pipe resonator and everything all the way back to the catalytic converter was in great shape. Snow leaks. Minimal rust and I showed the cashier the picture of it proving I just needed a muffler. Mufflers online for my car ranged $150 $200. Midas produced a quote of $399 just for the muffler and refuse to replace the muffler unless I got the entire main pipe And resonator all the way to the catalytic which I did not need. Total estimate was $1,001 and the cashier had an attitude when I asked why their prices are so high. I took it down the street to busy Bee and Craig did it for a Fraction of the cost including the cost of the muffler. I highly recommend busy Bee because you can trust them. Screw the franchise

Had to get my oil changed while out of state. This place has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had an appointment and got in very quickly. The service was cheaper then what I pay at the dealership. The limited seating is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. There was no coffee available which was a bummer but other than that, I would recommend this place for car maintenance.

Took my 2014 Chevy Equinox with the 2.4L engine here on a Saturday due to engine exhaust fumes coming inside the passenger cabin. They discovered the engines exhaust manifold was cracked and in need of replacement. They were able to order the parts and materials for delivery on the following Monday. I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday evening for them to make repairs on Monday. They had repairs made to the exhaust by the end of business and I couldn't be happier. They also cleaned the Secondary Air System for me which was needed in order to reach proper pressure/flow and cleared the MIL light for the engine. I had the BEST experience at the Medina Midas shop. Nick was unbelievably kind and helpful to me today. After being quoted a very high amount from a different shop, I called Nick to see if they did welding at Midas to fix my exhaust which had completely broken. He was hesitant to give me a price before seeing the vehicle, which I appreciated. Luckily, for me, he had time this afternoon to take a look and give me a free quote. I took it up to the Medina Midas and Nick had it up on the lift within five minutes of me being there. I was quoted an amount that was so much less to fix my issue that I decided to also have my tires replaced and my brake pads and rotors replaced. Those had also been quoted at the other place at a much higher rate. It was a very busy Saturday and I was very thankf
