Ms. Pearl is too amazing the way she has patience and will look out for you, no one can compare to her. She’s pure and her name isn’t Pearl for no reason. Mrs.Pearl isn’t her name for no reason it’s who she really is. Stop on by her I promise you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED ☺️😊🤗

I went to Midas initially for one tire issue, and they ended up taking care of all my needs. Even with it being a fleet vehicle, the experience was smooth from start to finish. Joann was extremely professional and did a great job building rapport, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The customer service, communication, and overall professionalism really stood out. I truly appreciated how everything was handled.

I visited Midas for an alignment and balance service using a Groupon. At first, I was told the discount didn’t apply because my car is considered “luxury,” but the description online didn’t mention that. Pearl at the front desk handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness — she listened, understood my concern, and honored the discount. I really appreciated how respectful and customer-oriented she was. Also showed what true customer service means — finding fair solutions and keeping customers happy while staying calm and polite. I hope management recognizes her for that — she represented Midas very well and made me want to return. 👏

I Went there for an oil change on 2/28/2026 @ exactly 7:13am ( was told the wait time was 2 1/2 - 3 hrs the day prior) to get a head start( the sign stated that they open at 8am) seeing that they’re usually busy. I was told everything that was an issue with my vehicle before conducting the simple oil change that I went there for. Here we are 4 hrs and 55 mins later my oil change was completed. After working a 14 hr shift and had to wait almost 5 hrs for an oil change is diabolical. I also missed my charity event of feeding the homeless on that day!!!! Highly disappointed

This Midas location is my new favorite Mechanic shop now. I visited the business Frday, 1/9/2026. My car had a misfire probably due to a previous leaking valve cover gasket and vacuum pump I had repaired...The staff here are life savers. I went in thinking the worse for my car. It turned out to be a simple fix. I will definitely be back in a few weeks to get my tune up done on my malibu. These guys are amazing and the woman behind the counter, I forgot her name, she was a pleasure to talk to. I sincerely thank her for listening to my concerns and relaying it to the mechanics.
