I have been a loyal customer at this location for 20 years, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. I arrived for a standard oil change, which typically takes 10 minutes, but the process lasted 55 minutes. After I paid, I was told my car would be brought around shortly. Instead, the front desk attendant proceeded to take a personal phone call for 35 minutes while I waited. During this time, another customer arrived and waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged. When that customer politely mentioned the wait, the attendant responded with hostility, even wishing that the customer’s new car would be hit. They use have here an old man who use to help really good and he was very trusted to hear his mind like if I need to change tires or anything like that when I was there he was not there I hope that he still works here

They were fast nice to work with and efficient

They installed a $20 part 1/2 hour labor over 200.00 idk seems high to me

Oil change. Was told on phone $69 , got charged $93 highest I ever paid for a oil change, with excuse that my car needs more oil. This is the 4th oil change on this car. Not sure why suddenly in needed more oil...
