I had a great experience at Midas. They replaced all my tires after carefully inspecting the car and explaining what needed to be done. The service was smooth and professional. Matt provided excellent customer service, was very helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Overall, very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I recently had my brakes fixed at Midas, but I hadn’t mentioned my concerns about wheel balancing, so I wasn’t completely satisfied at first. When I returned today, the way the team—especially Matthew wenrich —took care of me was beyond anything I expected. They treated me like family, not just a customer. I stopped at the Midas location in Nashua, NH, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The Store Manager (Matt) was incredibly professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. Rather than turning me away or suggesting I visit a dealership an hour away, he took the time to properly address the problem. The team worked quickly to not only replace the fluid but also used a specialized concentrated de-icing solution to clear out the frozen lines – something I couldn't have found elsewhere.
