Made an online appointment and got in quick and easy. The men that work there are very patient and kind. Found the problem fast and only took a few hours to fix my exhaust pipe and valve cover gasket. Definitely recommend them!

I was told I needed both front and rear breaks from two different locations. When I came to Midas and met Steve he was very honest, took my car right away, and informed me with updates while I waited for my vehicle. Turns out I only needed my front breaks when other locations gave me a higher price and was willing to let me replace both front and rear brakes when it was not needed. Thank you Steve for your honesty. I would highly recommend this location and I will be going there for Future maintenance on my vehicle.

I have had concern about a rounded wheel lug in the event I had to carry out a tire change on my vehicle. Several attempts to extract the wheel lug were impossible. I stopped by Midas at 5880 Preserve Blvd, New Albany OH 43054 to give it another shot; with the effort of Bryan and Dominic, the issue was resolved. I expected to be told to schedule an appointment and also pay a service charge. However, I received a prompt service. Not only was it prompt, it was free of charge. Thanks to the kindness of both men. Their assistance have won my business as it pertains to vehicle repair in the future.

They did a repair job that another shop admitted to causing and were willing to pay for it. Steve got in in first thing Monday morning despite the snow. Quick honest and great service. Based on this I might be changing my auto shop to patronize this Midas!
