I bring both of my cars (Fords) here for regular oil changes and any other issues (tires, leaking, etc...) and the crew is very knowledgeable and explains the issues and needed fixes clearly enough that I feel confident in what they are doing. I have confidence in the repairs and driving my vehicle after being service here.

The workers at Midas are very helpful and will go out of their way to extend their appreciation for their customers. I needed a tire filled on one of the coldest days of the year. They didn't think twice. Checked all my tires and didn't expect anything in return. Just good old fashion service.

Came to Midas(Northwood) for check engine wk after oil change. Clear & concise communication with possible causes relayed with honesty & transparency. Check engine switched off & told to return if reoccurrence. With potential for more expensive repair in future, was courteously not charged for appt. Jetsen & his team delivered impressive service with competence, respect & excellence. Highly recommend. I will return & trust them with my vehicle again.
