People usually only post reviews with complaints, but I felt obligated to note the incredible honesty, work, and service of this place. They have my business for the foreseeable future. I got new brake pads and rotors, and they were, again, honest, quick, and fairly priced. I urge all to go to their shop if they want the same. Thank you!

I was in town and my check engine light came in. They where the closes to me. We got meet with get energy from the start. Was told they would get it right in. With end a few mins I was told it needed a coil pack and a tune up. Asked if it would be something they could get done that day. Was told yes! Anthony and his team are awesome. Quick and great service. If I lived in the memphis area I would definitely use them for everything.

I had a very mixed experience with this shop under the new management. I went in for a simple oil change and was offered additional work after an inspection. I agreed to some services and declined others, believing the total was quoted at $99.59, which I repeated back and had confirmed. When I arrived, the bill was $959 instead. Services I had declined, including windshield wipers, were added and priced at $110. After I left a review, Jason reached out and kindly issued a refund, which I appreciated. My advice to future customers is to be very clear about pricing, get a full written breakdown before approving any work, and be cautious about upselling.

New owners, and they are working on the building, and parking lot, also updating the interior. Putting a lot of work, and wanting to become a GOOD NEIGHBOR. They do good work, at a fair price. Give them a visit, you won't be disappointed.
