I had such a great experience at Midas, and I especially want to recognize Josh for all of his help. He was extremely responsive, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and honored his word over the course of more than a month while we worked through everything that needed to be done. He explained everything so thoroughly and made sure I understood what was necessary to get my car up and running safely and properly. I truly appreciated that he focused only on the repairs that were needed and never once tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. He was honest, professional, and just genuinely a very good person to work with. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into getting my car back on the road. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you, Josh!

My favorite technician was here today CURTIS ,he is the only person who works with my car he is professional courteous and just an approachable person to speak with. Josh and Joshua are also great l. I will see y'all guys soon. The restroom and main room are very clean

I brought my 29-year-old SUV to Midas for a muffler inspection and had a really good experience. Joshua, was professional and straightforward. He explained what they found, went over my options clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Solid service and great customer care. I’d definitely go back.

Really great customer service! Offered us refreshments. I was able to get appointment reserved and confirmed same day. They are very helpful and accommodating. Friendly staff. I will recommend this place, they won’t pressure you but will explain any service that may need to be done in the future.

Been going to these guys for the past couple of years since moving to the Westside of Jacksonville. Very knowledgeable staff and they are quick to answer any questions you may have. The waiting room atmosphere was great. Over all good service. I was even given a free courtesy car wash, which came at the perfect time. Even when I didn’t make an appointment, the wait time was not long at all. You guys Rock Blanding store!!! 🔥🔥🔥 I apologize Mr. Store Manager for not mentioning your name, I will be sure to get it my next trip into your store.
