I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and continue to be impressed by the outstanding service from the Midas team. Tiffany did an excellent job explaining the warranty, and Austin along with the mechanics are truly top-notch. I really appreciate their electronic full diagnostics—they provide live photos of what needs attention and clearly break down repair costs/discounts. This level of transparency and advanced diagnostics is far better than what I’ve experienced at my dealership. Keep up the great work—it’s no surprise you retain so many customers!

after being turned away by several shops, I called Midas. They told me to come right over—no appointment needed—and worked me into their busy schedule. The staff was welcoming, and Austin was especially knowledgeable and helpful. The service was affordable, and I left feeling confident in their work. I’ve been here to repair my car for a couple of times. First was to change the serpentine belt at my 2011 Honda Civic, and 2nd was replaced my two rare break pads.
