Midas Pearl City

I needed a safety inspection so I gave Midas Pearl City a call and was able to schedule one without issue. I simply pulled up to the "PARK HERE" sign and provided them with the necessary docs and car key inside their office. The safety inspection took 15 mins or less. You can do a little shopping around in the area and they'll most likely be done before you come back. They really made things fast and easy. Great customer service!

Got to my appointment on time and the staff here were very welcoming, took my car in quickly and the wait wasn’t too long. I was very impressed. I highly recommend to have your vehicle inspection here and I would definitely be back to do my car again.

It can be a hassle, very challenging and stressful experience for anyone trying to look for a good auto repair shop because there are so many of them to choose from. Especially in Hawaii with the high cost of living, you need to bring your car to a place where it’s reasonable, affordable and honest. On top of that, great customer service! I took my car in last week for an issue with one of my tires. Didn’t know what was causing the problem, so I brought it to Midas in Pearl City to have it checked. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by John. He was so friendly, down to earth, and that made me feel at ease while I waited for my car. Great service!! It was really fast to get my safety check done. Definitely will be back here every year to get my safety done. Very clean waiting room and restroom. They also have coffee while you wait.
