I had a great experience with Frank at Pearl Harbor Transmissions. I was worried about some noises my car was making, but Frank took the time to come out to the parking lot and check my fluid level and condition right then and there. He was honest and quick, assuring me that my transmission was actually in good shape rather than trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find that kind of integrity these days. Highly recommend!

I have a 2016 Nissan truck.I took my truck in thinking it was a transmission problem. I called and spoke to Frank, he told me to bring the truck in that afternoon. Frank was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and honest. We took my truck on a test drive, right away Frank told me it wasn't the transmission. When we got back to the shop he ran a diagnostic on the truck and found out it was the cruse control. It didn't cost me anything. Was told by Tony’s Honda that my transmission needed to be replaced for $13,400 and this is for a 2012 Honda Crosstour. Called around desperately to try to get this fixed and everyone was quoting roughly a $5000 transmission rebuild job. Spoke with Frank from Pearl Harbor transmission and he told me take a breath and to come by to do a test drive. We did the test drive for roughly 20 minutes and he told me it was not the transmission and referred me down the street to a suspension, alignment shop which fix the problem. Frank knows his stuff and does it with honesty and integrity. 100% recommend this location for any of your transmission needs.
