Night and day from my Midas experience last year, thanks to the new-to-this-store Manager, Rob! I've never been helped with such patience, education, no condescension for us not knowing about cars, and ZERO sales pressure. While I was waiting, I also observed Rob help a gentleman who didn't speak a lot of English and Rob was even more helpful, patient, and kind to the gentleman. We had the battery warning light turn on while traveling and stopped at the nearest town which happened to be Peru, Illinois. A quick diagnostic at a local auto parts store showed that our alternator was bad. Midas was able to get us in immediately and replaced our alternator in under two hours so we could get back on the road. Very friendly and fast service!

This Midas is really amazing! I got stuck in a snow back a few weeks back, and they looked over my car completely for free to make sure nothing was damaged and warned me about needing new brakepads without pressuring me to purchase from them. The staff really polite, and services are quick and thorough, and I’ve never left without feeling like I got more services then I asked for.
