This is a very big oreillys location, with very knowledgeable staff. Got a replacement radiator hose and got my car back on the road.

I never have had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpfull. Even if they don't have the part.

Kathryn has gone above and beyond several times to help me out when it comes to my jalopy of a truck. Even took time out of her personal time to drop off a part when I couldn't make it to the store before they closed. Always makes sure the customers are taken care of. Honestly the entire staff is phenomenal at this location. Every one of them seem like they do whatever they possibly can to help a customer out. Definitely recommend and it's the only store I use And or send people for parts.

John was super helpful! I was passing through the area traveling and my dust guard ripped off. I called ahead the Sunday before Memorial Day as I wasn't sure they'd be open. Something was dripping and I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive the rest of my journey. Their staff was super kind and he even climbed under my car and helped walk me through a temporary fix to get home safely until I can go to the dealership. Great guys and great service!

Great service!! Needed a new battery and installation. One sales person had my old battery out of the car even before I finished paying for a new one!!! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great job done by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Peru, IL
