Overall great experience, took care of all my needs, explained everything they needed to do step-by-step they even took me in the garage and showed me what was wrong on my car and why they recommend the need fix it, liz at the front desk gave me different options for the stuff that I needed to purchase. She didn't just give me the most expensive rout and tell me that’s what I need, they got me in and out! They also misplaced one of my carbon fiber tire valves and before i could say anything they offered to replace it. Honest people, great service. Wasn't just a sale to them!

I wasn’t even a customer when I pulled into Midas, but I was having car trouble and made it there just before my vehicle completely broke down. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they treated me with kindness and respect right away. The team was willing to help in any way they could and even allowed me to leave my vehicle there overnight without any issues. That level of understanding and patience meant a lot, especially in a stressful situation. Great people with great attitudes. Thank you to Manager Josh for helping me with a quick fix. Today, I went in to have my mirror replaced. Mind you, this is was not a service that Midas practice all the time. Because of my arthritis, I was unable to remove my rearview mirror from my windshield without causing further damage to it. Josh, without hesitation, walked out to my car, took less than 30 seconds to pop off the old mirror and replace my mirror with the new one. When I tried to offer Josh money for my services, he would not accept. Yes, this was a minor gesture, but I am overwhelming grateful for his services. The people at Midas are more than helpful especially when you don’t think it’ll happen. Paul and Aaron did a check on my suspension when I went in for a coolant flush and found out my strut bolts were loose after I did them. I swear never would’ve noticed until it was to late so appreciate the work they do there. I’m for sure coming here for any mechanical hiccups I have in the future

Great service and great staff. They were able to fix a problem that had been to 3 other mechanics that told me nothing was wrong. I knew I heard a abnormal sound from the car and that something was wrong. They were able to locate and fix the problem at a reasonable price. Thank you Midas.
