I came in with exhaust pike issues and I also needed an oil change along with my state inspection. This location was able to locate an unknown issue I was having as well and thankfully were able to correct that also. With all I needed to get done the price tag was quite large but there were solutions offered to me. Kathy was such an extremely huge help and helped put my worries at ease. From confirming my appointment this morning, dropping my car off, and communicating with me during the process - she was just such a huge help. She was also kind, smiled, and was overall very pleasant. Brian was the mechanic who did the work on my car and was awesome!! He noticed the issues and even printed and pointed out the things on a printed sheet too!! 10/10 recommend this location!
I went in because my tire was moving air. I ended up getting an oil changed my tire fixed my inspection done. I wasn’t expecting to do this so I didn’t have any paperwork with me, but they were kind enough and efficient enough to get my paperwork complete all the processes honor their price - The customer service was top-notch. They were all very nice knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much for being in business.
I would very highly recommend Midas. They were fantastic and extremely knowledgeable and fast getting the right tires I needed for my Camaro 2SS. They ordered the tires and they were in the next morning. I went in and the new tires were on in about an hour and a half. Even explained that I had a cracked wheel and did a temporary fix on it and gave me the number to get it fixed by a specialist. Prices were very reasonable. Kathy is a real expert on tires.
I came in for an oil change and they explain other things my car needed. Tiffany explained everything in detail and gave me options for what I wanted to do with NO PRESSURE!! The prices were extremely reasonable and I am very happy with the entire experience from start to finish!!! Thank-you so much for your kindness and professionalism! I will definitely be returning to thos location!! #HappyCustomer 🤗
This place is amazing and they always do an amazing job! Kathy is the sweetest and always tries to help me out or if I need to get squeezed in to an appointment. Everyone is amazing there :) 100/100 service
