In an age where it's commonplace to expect indifference, Russ and the rest of the Midas crew stands out by being a beacon of honesty and passion. Not only are the repairs timely and effective, they are also explained to you. It would have been easy to tell me a figure, take my money, and get on with the day, but Russ took the time to show me what was wrong with my vehicle, and the exact process they'd take to remedy it. It is clear to me that the entire team holds their craft in high regard, and does not place the desire for financial gain above their customer care. This kind of practice builds trust, and has certainly created a loyal customer in me.

Quality parts and workmanship at fair prices. I like the fact that there are no surprise charges. If additional work is needed, they will inform you of what they found during inspections, what they recommend for repairs, then you make the decision to have the work done or not. While no one likes unexpected additional repair costs, I appreciate the fact they are doing their job to keep my vehicles safe and operating at peak performance.

Brought my car here twice because I have trust issues with (local shops) and Midas is a big name and they do outstanding work. They’re not afraid to tell you if there’s something wrong with your car because they care about your safety too. For example one of my mounts was broke. For the two mechanics that did my exhaust work they took the time and effort to make sure it fit properly. They take pride in their work. And they had to fabricate some of the exhaust ends.
