Making an appointment online was very helpful. I got in the next day. Safety inspection, oil change, check alert re. tire pressure, windshield wiper replacement (I provided the blade). Needed some brake repairs. That was addressed at the same time. The shop is very clean and pleasant. Staff was very nice.

Brandon was so helpful in walking me through the options for getting my car repaired. I can’t recall the names of the gentlemen who did the work on my car, but I really appreciated the care they put into it. Both came out to talk to me when we came to pick up the vehicle and discuss options for future work I am considering. I feel good about my experience and plan to go back to this shop for my vehicle’s future needs.

Great experience with Brandon and the team at Midas in Church Hill. Came in to have a headlight fixed, were able to get it done super promptly as well as new brakes which my car was in need of. Great communication throughout the process. Was not expecting to fit in all my maintenance needs into an hour, super happy to knock it all out. Would recommend!

THE BEST ! I went in at 3pm on a Saturday after getting told by every other mechanic in the Richmond area that they couldn’t do a state inspection on my car until Monday. From when I walked in I was greeted and immediately taken care of. The best part about it is they didn’t go out of their way to find something wrong with the car. I had some lights that needed to be replaced and they even offered great pricing. I got my car back at 3:40 ish not even an hour later with a completed inspection and changed lights. Will definitely come back ! Also they offer a really nice waiting area !

Great service. It's so nice to have this place in the neighborhood so I can drop my car off and walk home. They have a really good online service request process and almost everything is text, though making an appointment over the phone is really easy too. I had an issue where I needed all new brake disks, pads, and caliper maintenance, and the mechanics sent a link with a full breakdown of my diagnostic with phone pictures and descriptions of everything. I really appreciate that they take the extra steps to help you understand what's going on with your vehicle. I feel like I'm in good hands.
