Midas

This is a long overdue review. I brought my 2015 Chevy Sonic in for service. I was driving to work one day and the RPMS fluctuated and then dropped to zero when I was at a stop light. For a month and a half Derek tried everything to figure out what the issue without charge (besides the parts replaced not under warranty) was but ultimately it came down to taking my car to the dealership to figure out the root cause. I decided that enough money was thrown in there along with the uncertainty the issue could be fix and traded it in.

I went into midas after calling several different tire shops all of which were rude. But Joe at midas was AWESOME got me in quick, chit chatted with me while I waited and was done within 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend midas and midas is very lucky to have an employee like Joe!

Gary was a class act. Very personable and honest. dropped my car off at 8:00am and picked back up at 3:00pm. exhaust leak and new rotors along with brake pads. these guys are fast! would recommend to any friend or family.

I was in on 9/26/25. I had bad tire but Gary was kind and keeping me on my toes thank you so much for all your story telling. Gary You are very interesting person. Midas always stop what there're doing to help you. Like putting air in your tires on flat and adding antifreeze at no charge. Good people and good place thank you so much and keep telling your amazing stories Gary.

Oil change and tire rotation was the request with coupon. Per the add, the tech would check and top off the fluids. Claimed the treads on the front tires were better than the back so no tire rotation. After attempting to clean the front window, guess what - no windshield wiper fluid. I must say, of all the oil changes I’ve ever had this was by far the most incomplete. Thanks for dropping the ball Midas.. you’ll never have to worry about me again because I’ll never come back!
