Robert Baeza (the site manager) runs a 100% no BS repair shop. I work on cars myself but didn't have the equipment to fix an issue with my exhaust flange. I took my truck to the Dodge dealership in Salinas, and they tried to scam me out of $5,500 for something that I knew could be done in less than an hour and for less than a few hundred. Robert spoke to me with respect and listened to how I said I would have done the repair if I had the equipment to do it, and then Lauro (mechanic) did just that. They fixed the truck the same way I would have, and it only cost $374 in total. I recommend anyone who needs to get something fixed to visit this shop, where the personnel will treat you well, not try to overcharge you to make a profit, and will ensure that you are 100% happy with their work

Had a great experience. My thermostat went out of my truck. Robert and his team got me in and out super fast at a reasonable price. Well recommended

I recently got my brakes done at Midas and while I did have to bring my car back a couple of times to get everything fully resolved, the staff was extremely courteous and professional each time. They clearly explained the issues and walked me through what they would do to fix it. I appreciated their transparency and commitment to making it right. My car is running great now—thank you!

I would’ve given them five stars because the service was great, they honored a coupon even though I forgot it, it ended up being cheaper than I was told I would pay when I called to make the appt. They were nice and friendly and let me change my appt when i was running late. My only complaint was they accidentally charged my debit card $599.99 instead of 59.99 , it was the weekend , my sons is visiting and it’s going to take about 10 days to get my money refunded, leaving me flat broke in the meantime. The guy was so busy chatting when he rung me up and wasn’t paying attention . I realized it when i could not put gas in my car and had to turn around and go back. So now I’m screwed on money for almost two weeks and they just said “sorry, we can’t help you!, so now all my plans that i had
