I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop. Kevin took care of checking me in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They got my car in quickly. The technician got started right away. She found a nail in my tire and was able to fix it. When she was done, she wished me a good day. Fidel cashed me out. He too was very friendly. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this shop. I will definitely go back.

Kevin was great. As a first time customer to this Midas location, I felt welcomed. He explained the process to me and kept me informed with what was going on with my vehicle. After sending the detailed report to my phone, he then took the time to explain. I will most definitely come back to this location again.

Midas in Schaumburg is great. Jim installed a new Front and Rear Wilwood Brake kit on my 2022 Challenger. He did a spot on job. I can feel the stopping power from them. Mia have me a fair install price and did a check up on them 3 days later at no cost. Awesome job guys

I came here for a second opinion on some work another shop said I needed. My friend recommended this place and I'm glad I listened. Jim was my mechanic, and he was incredibly honest with me. He explained that only part of the work was actually necessary and saved me a ton of money. Since I don't know much about cars, finding a mechanic I can trust is very important to me. Jim took the time to walk me through what was going on with my car without making me feel clueless, and I never felt pressured.
