I just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while dealing with cars. Assistant Manager Matthew was so friendly, energetic and positive. It was contagious. Starting from his energy on the phone the day before to when I was in the lobby. I originally was going to drop my car and leave but decided to stay because I enjoyed the vibe. The Store Manager Jonathan matched the energy and welcome party. I felt comfortable the whole time and that I could trust what they said. I believe they had my best interest in mind. I went in for an oil change, left with new wipers (because I needed them). Matt walked me through everything. 10/10 recommend taking your car here.

Engine light came on yesterday morning. Car was running a little rough , so I went directly to the Stoneham Midas. Jon , the manager , was direct and honest with me. Diagnosis took longer than expected , and they made sure I had transportation to where I needed to be , and back. Car was fully repaired by 3 pm, at a very reasonable cost. Jon and his crew were great. Professional , and excellent at their profession. A very good outcome , well appreciated.

Matt and Jon are wonderful. They’re friendly and efficient. My car always gets looked at almost immediately which is pretty rare these days. I will be a frequent customer at this store. They also work with fleet vehicles which is also very helpful.

I was on my way from Boston to VT when my car started violently shaking on 93. I pulled off and called Midas (50 mins before closing) and they immediately told me to be safe and take it in. Upon arrival, John and team were absolutely phenmomenal. They treated me with kindness, respect, and patience. The team stayed late to get my car fixes so that we could continue on our trip. John and team took us back to the bay to show us the issue at hand, explained it until I could explain it back to him in my words, and was just overall an amazing support during a very scary time. Being a woman and dealing with car issues can be intimidating-this was not the expereience at all. Top notch service and care. Thanks guys!

Great team here. A woman came in aggressively questioning their pricing and the manager very calmly talked her down and explained they are actually very competitive and transparent in their pricing and she ended up apologizing and all was well. It was approached very professionally. They took great care of my wheel and tire swap, and would definitely recommend these folks. They are straight shooters that do good work.
