Very bad customer service. Very Money Hungry First, I walk in the building to an employee demolishing some food. He clearly on break.. and that's fine. But Sir, I can see you, You can see me. He decided not to close the door or shut the blinds. He gets up like he got an attitude and yell to the men in the garage " Yahh know im on break" . Thats was so unprofessional. I ddnt bother him , but he knew he was dead wrong having me stand there while he finish his meal. I would have NOT saw him had the door been closed. I think thats why breakrooms were created. Idk. Secondly. I told the second employee that I was not a new customer and was actually at the wrong location . He knew at the moment. I was a returning customer. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I just received from Shay. Q, and Leonard! I needed a last minute Oil change before driving to South Carolina and they were able to make it happen! I will definitely be recommending people to them. Thank you Ms. Shay!

I have been to this location a couple of times for a regular oil change (every 3 months). My most recent visit on 2/21/2025 started out as normal. I dropped my car off for an oil change. My car didn’t need anything but the oil changed…just had it inspected so no lights on the dash and no issues with my engine. When I picked my car up and they started the car to take it out of the bay, it was extremely loud! When I got in the car the first thing I noticed was my oil life was at 29%, the second was my car was violently shaking and of course sounded horrible and third was my check engine light was on! None of this was the case before I got my oil changed! They took it back inside the bay..reset the oil monitor and then the oil was checked which it looked dirty as heck!!! Now again my last vis

I took my car to this place. And what they did is that the manager make me to pay over $900 dollars for no any stupid reason. Plus they changed the price three times. However it’s a fraud. I am really pissed to pay the stupid bills of $951 dollars for nothing. After struggling with all the problems so I had to fixed my by myself without taking it back to his place. Never again.

I've been using Midas for 5 years now and I'm very satisfied with their care and their pricing. They do not try to up charge you. They do not try to oversell you on services. They're very kind and communicative. I have not had a bad experience with them as yet and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced by them.
