I’ve been coming to this mechanic shop for several years now, and every visit feels like coming back to see family. Scott and Kenya are always amazing—friendly, honest, and professional. The service technicians are just as great: knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. I always feel confident bringing my vehicle here, and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer for many years to come.

Made an appointment for a brake fluid exchange. Arrived at the agreed time, but after waiting over 50 minutes, and noting that my car was still parked in the same spot I had parked it, realized that the appointment was just a ruse to get customers to come in. No appreciation for customer's time. Got my keys and left. A waste of time to make an appointment. Will go somewhere where they honor appointments and appreciate customer's time.

Highly recommend. Have been taking my car here for years. Kenya, Scott, and Chris are the best! In fact, the entire team are honest and kind.

I came to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection to check the condition of the car. They spent 45 minutes focusing on things that honestly had no real importance. For example, in the final report they marked old windshield wipers as “dangerous” and said they needed immediate replacement. However, they didn’t mention a word about the engine oil leak, which I could clearly see myself even without lifting the car. There were also obvious issues with the A/C line that needs replacement, but again — no mention of it in the report. Very unprofessional service. I still don’t understand how it’s possible not to notice an engine covered in oil.

Truly insulting service. I brought my car in to be evaluated for a muffler replacement. I had to provide the employee with the part number (because she didn’t know) and then I sat back and watched as she googled how to order the part online and then artificially inflated the cost of the part and tried to charge me more than Honda (who would guarantee the official factory part and protect it under warrantee). So disappointing.
