Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I stopped by Tire Choice a few days ago because my car was making some noises, and Jarrett and his team were incredibly professional, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, the repair options, and the pricing without any pressure or urgency, which I truly appreciated—because of that great experience and how well taken care of I felt, I was comfortable scheduling a repair for tomorrow to have some belts replaced. Overall, a very positive experience with Tire Choice, and I highly recommend them for honest and professional service.

Went just to patch a tire. The guy said would be only 30 min. It took 1 hour just to get my car in . Then I see the guy checking filter brakes and everything..told him I just need the tire fix. The rest is all good... After another 20 min he finally got the check the tire. Only to tell me the thread in my tire is too small that I need to replace 2 tires cus he can't fix it like this. Funny part they don't even have the tires to my car so I left 90 min later and solved nothing. Horrible

This review is related with Ylallo Saldierna's review. Ylallo went in on Thursday, Feb 27, to buy 4 new tires. After purchasing the tires, he realized his truck's bumper was messed up. Once the manager came out to inspect it (and removed a pile of dirt from under the bumper), he was told the technician didn't follow the approved route for test drives. The technician instead went to an abandoned lot on Outlook and did donuts. During the joy ride he took, he messed up the bumper and the brand new tires we just paid almost $700 dollars for are now used. The manager at the store was very helpful, but the service since has been outright horrible. We could not get a refund because the store wasn't allowed to do that. We have called customer service multiple times to be laughed at by one

Very honest and professional! Manager Jarrett Fredriksen is very kind and smart. He knows his stuffs well and great at explaining to others. We went there because something wrong with our tire light. They checked everything and it was nothing wrong so they just reset the system then the light went off. But this process did took up some time and they didn’t charge us anything. Both my father and I was very impressed about their integrity and kindness. We had a very good impression about them and we definitely trust them to handle our tires in the future.

Very nice, personable employees who found the nail in the sidewall of the inside of my tire. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Got a great price on a replacement tire and it was fixed in no time! My 'go-to' tire store from now on!
