Midas

I tried this Midas for an oil change last year and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff & owner George. I returned this year for my oil change and Daniel R. was very helpful, pointing out that my tires were 10 years old (!). I decided to get my new tires here and found the price was fair and service was top-notch. I will continue to return here and encourage others to check this Midas out.

Amazing honesty and customer service. Came in for an oil change but they checked the rest of the car for free. Thank goodness they did, as it seems the tires were really bad. I had just bought this car used so did not know what to look out for. They printed out my full history and updated the latest repairs. All communications were clear and they went above and beyond helping me get back to work! These guys are my new mechanics for life. Thank you!!

George has always been our go-to person at Midas and he has hired a great successor Daniel who is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and looks out for the customers. He will carry on the legacy of making good recommendations and doing what's best for the customers. Daniel personally inspected my tires during a routine oil change service and he noticed some tire damage. He called George while I was there to discuss my options and next steps and drafted up a plan and notes to present to the tire company. We also chatted about new cars and he shared his thoughts on a new car that I have in mind for my next purchase. I recommend Daniel as a service advisor and Tigard Midas for auto needs.

Outstanding service and friendly staff. They were able to get my car in, get things evaluated and fixed, and all wrapped before I had to fetch the kids from school. They even came in under the estimate when it was time to pay! We'll definitely be back if we need any further service!

Excellent experience and no waiting. Outstanding feedback:. I requested an oil change and that I be alerted to anything else that needed attention before I left, driving solo, on an out of state trip. He called my attention to two signs of leaks: oil and power steering fluid. Both could be addressed on my return so long as I checked each at every gas stop. Then with patience and respect (I’m 89) he demonstrated and had me practice each check/refill.
