This place is great from the moment I walked in chance greeted me and helped along the process to keep me updated with everything and get me the best prices he could. I felt for once I was not taken advantage of or told I needed a huge amount of work done. Only got done what was needed. Defintely recommend this place to anyone

I Took my car to this Midas in Tomball in Sept. 2025 for the first time since I had a coupon , place was busy and despite I had an appointment they made me feel like they were doing me a favor, worst part comes 3 months after this visit and only 2,400 miles driven, dashboard message showing my engine oil is low. I took it to a place I trust and turns out my vehicle is burning oil and confirmed to me that the oil they just replaced was as dark as the ethics of the tech in Midas who “worked” in my car’s oil change….easy conclusion that they did not replace my car’s oil back then, avoid this place if you appreciate your time and you want to take care of your vehicle

Spoke with Chance over the phone about my vehicle and he was easy to talk to and helped answer a lot of questions. Took my car in to get serviced and quick and the work was done right. Car driving much better. Plan on getting my other car serviced here.

I went here to get my emissions test done only because the Valvoline oil change place on Main Street told me they were too “short handed” to do it on three different days. I also needed new brakes, but that was not on my agenda for the day. When I asked about getting brakes, JP (the manager) gave me two estimates. One estimate with new brakes and rotors and one with just new brakes. JP told me that my rotors still looked good and didn’t have any grooves in them, so I ended up getting brakes and my emissions test done at one stop. It took over an hour , but I appreciate a job well done and honesty more than anything, so I’ll be returning with other vehicles. By the way, I drive a Mercedes. These guys seem to have thought I was stupid, attempted to quote me 2400 dollars for a throttle body replacement. The only reason I brought it here in the first place is cuz it’s the closest to where I am and I had someone else offer to pay so I figured hey I’ll save myself the headache of replacing it myself since I’ve been lazy and sitting on it for a while. They gave me another headache of a different kind. They also told me that the battery in my truck was bad, which is true and I had been aware already, but they tried to convince me it was so bad they couldn’t even start or jump the truck to get it out of the bay and tried again to milk 430 bucks out of me for a battery replacement. I told them to just push it out and after they did the truck started up with only a little bit of strug
