I have been coming here to get my oil changed for years and decided it is high time I leave a review. This place has never done me dirty. They very rarely, if ever, try to up sale. They're always quick considering the amount of traffic they get. Their work is the reliable. I recommend this place whenever anyone is needing an oil change. I've never had work beyond that done here but definitely my go to for an oil change. You can't beat the price either.

I have been going to the Midas on Pat Booker Road in Universal City Texas for several years and have spent several thousand dollars there. Always had great service until October 1st 2025. I took my 2010 Mustang in because my air conditioning was cutting in and out. They misdiagnosis the problem. They would call me and say it was fixed only for me to leave the business and a couple of miles down the road same problem. The district manager then sent me to another Midas and they diagnosed the problem within an hour and was told to return to the Midas on Pat Booker Road to be repaired. This was the end of November I had been going back and forth spending a large amount of time trying to get it fixed. Went to Midas off Pat Booker rd, Walked in to get an oil change and met Alex who was very welcoming, energetic, friendly and eager to assist. Alex Helped me with what i needed and catered to me as a customer offering water as i wait. Thank you Alex, this location never disappoints and adding Alex to their staff made it even more of a reason to continue to come back to this location. (He had a great personality)
