First time at the location in Victoria and the manager was great and caring. The technician who did my oil change plus went an extra mile to check my windshield wipers for adjustment and the noise under the front right side of the bottom of the bumper that I asked him to check did a wonderful job...My son goes to this location in Victoria and says manager is very nice as well as the technicians! I will definitely go back to get services done again in the near future!

I called for a quote. I had a hard time understanding her and she said that their phone was broke. I gave her my vehicle information and she said she would call me back with a quote. 30 minutes later I drove to midas and the receptionist was looking at her cell phone. She said she hadn't looked up my quote yet. She than gave me a quote while I waited. I then called back two days later to make an appointment to get it fixed. Again, the phone wasn't working well and hard to understand each other. I then dropped the vehicle off two days later for my appointment. A few hours later I received a call saying that the cost will be more than twice the quoted amount. I asked why and she said that it was just a quote. My question is, why give a quote if it will cost twice as much. Nothing changed exc

horrible experience, the manager at the front desk with the dirty brown hair and bob cut with glasses is rude and talk to you sarcastically and argues with her husband the mechanic very loudly and it makes you seriously uncomfortable to get any work done one your car. she lies about pricing to get you to the store and once you arrive she states it was a round about price. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody in need!

Took my ride in for some simple service, oil change tire rotate, filters, and they obviously just hired someone new who can barely hold the wrench let alone turn it. Half the fasteners left undone , scratched my wheels man. Avoid this location at all costs!

They do a great job!! Michael is the best and the workers . Michael will not give up till he finds the issue. And he will find you the best price on the parts. Midas does it all !! There is no other place I will go. Midas is the best !!
